Finally starting to feel better! Was so tired coming off caffeine, but I'm getting plenty of sleep and seem to have more energy. Narrowly avoided 2 mg from some herbal tea, which it turns out is almost no caffeine at all, but I didn't want to risk it.
Bringing my food is such a pain, but I'm getting better at it. I think you really have to learn how to cook meals in advance, which I'm not good at.
I'm at least out of the 190s which makes me happy. I'd like to get back down to low 180s, but that will probably be months. We'll see!
