Fasting intermittently
Eating home meals
Black coffee - Tea - Water
Working out
1 "joker" day - no fast, can have alcohol.
124.3 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 9.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week
