this was taken actually last night... I'm stuck! I'm looking up more strictly the south beach phase 1. My phase 2 will be a slightly modified phase 1... I don't need all the things phase 2 introduces, but it would be nice to have a slice of bread with my bacon and eggs in the morning, right?
