Went out to eat 2x in last 10-14 days and ordered fish and double veggies. Did not eat any pizza (my FAVE !)at a celebratory event. DH has had surgery, so am cooking non-Atkins for him but still remaining on Atkins for me. Am finding I CAN do this even with what life brings along. Maybe, just maybe this really will be a life change for me....

Again this week, I'm slightly ahead of my plan to get the next pound off by Monday, having dropped it for the first time today.
212.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 67.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
