Ok. Day 4 of the VLCD. Not sure what the different phases are. I think my doctor has me on Phase 2, or like it, now. That is, if Phase 1 is the eat what you want and load phase. Then, he has a Maintenance Phase, which I think must be Simeon's Phase 3. But, don't know what Phase 4 is.... Does anyone know how many hardboiled egg whites is equal to 3/4 cup of egg whites?

I am a little frustrated because the doctor's scale said 177 when I started and my scale said 174 when I started. So, now it looks like I've lost an extra three pounds. I restarted my diet on the site and I think it is clear now. Love this website - it is really quite amazing!
171.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
