Well I'm the same weight again today. BMs are still not a problem for me, so I guess I'm not eating enough steamed veggies? He makes such a big deal about it in the book.
The girl who tried this here: http://www.thatsfit.com/2010/06/16/we-tried-it-the-ultrasimple-diet/ had a day where she gained back weight, so I guess I'm not doing too badly.
A part of me likes the structure of the diet. No arguments about what to have for dinner. I'm gonna be having brown rice and veggies and my stomach is definitely hurting less, although I'm not pain free.
I'm going to have a slightly more intense workout this evening, but given we are only at day 3 and I'm already not feeling too terrible, things seem to be shaping up. The one note is that I've got a lot of sleep and am still a little sleepy.
