Well, the Red Velvet Cake caught up to me. We celebrated the wife's b-day and all that cake and food on Saturday night caught up to me. At least, if you look at it from a candlestick perspective (Candlestick is a form of hi/lo chart used in investing research) this weight is still lower than 230 and I am steadily losing weight. SO I will stay positive.

I pulled an all nighter and my project is like 80% done. I think I should be done with it by tomorrow. Tonight, I will get a good sleep.

UPDATE: Ok, so as I should probably have forseen, I started crashing aroun 11am today. I was in a haze and I just took a 5 hour energy shot. Next Time, I will not procrastinate...I will just bang out my work and get it done. The thing about 5 hour energy is that for me, it just plain works.
229.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The oreos caught up with me when I finally got a scale today. I'm still under 200, and now heading for the 180s. You better stay positive, or you will hear it from me!

Hahaha, thanks for the convo last night. It helped me reflect this morning and it was great. Looking forward to the next one..I will do the first PLANK today when I get home. I will stay positive....I know that I can do this and the weight is trending down but for September I have been almost flat. But, I will continue because I know that my diet works. Once again, thank you for the chat. Sunny in NYC!
