Wow, this weight thing boggles the mind... I’m am very grateful for the loss... but am surprised as this is after a rest day... a much needed rest day filled with muscle pain from the previous days workout 🏋️‍♀️... ultimately I’m happy, just hoping that the loss is fat and not muscle...😛💪🏽
175.3 lb Lost so far: 32.4 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
