Preliminary verdict on smoothie Thursday.

It has yielded a 600g loss.
Now we need to see if the loss continues for at least a couple of days.
352.1 lb Lost so far: 49.6 lb.    Still to go: 105.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
