Today I met with Heidi on with the Wellness group at work. We discussed keeping track of what I eat and lowering my calorie intake by 500 each day through less food and/or exercise. This way I will lose 1 pound a week.
220.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
