Ok so have really fallen off the wagon🙈 and it shows. So decided today is the new beginning. Starting 28 day diet and been serious @ gym. Need to loose what I have gained. No time frame just need to get it done!!!
148.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
