Loaded yesterday, may have to today as well, gonna play it by ear and see, I am kinda hungry, but if I go eat a fruit and drink some water I think I should be ok.
201.2 lb Lost so far: 46.8 lb.    Still to go: 53.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
