Amazing...off the plateau. The housework helped me drop weight..dont tell the wife...she will make me do more! Anyway its football Sunday! Go Jets!!
228.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I found the same thing, I got myself a long list of things to do around the house and yard and by the time I completed them all I was down almost 10 pounds....it did take a while but it feel good to have it all done and lose weight on top of it all.

Its amazing because I sweated a ton and I crossed off a bunch of things on my list and then this morning I was afraid after eating cake and other food that is not within the bounds of my diet and BOOM...I am off my plateau! Amazing...
