Eating a lot of protein, small meals which for me mostly involves smaller plate and using shrimp fork. My plate appears full and I eat slower.
Exercise!
125.0 lb Lost so far: 48.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.3 lb a week
