1682 kcal Fat: 60.81g | Prot: 122.28g | Carb: 173.90g.   Breakfast: Honey Nut Cheerios, Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A). Lunch: ham and cheese sandwich, chicken noodle soup progresso, lettuce, boiled egg, light ranch. Dinner: mushrooms pieces and stems, boneless skinless chicken breast, deli sliced turkey, deli sliced ham, sun chips, wheat bread. Snacks/Other: Cheese Heads String Cheese, chewy granola bar. more...
