Swiss Chard is not a friend to me. i think????? i brokeout really really bad this weekend. i never ate Chard before so i just think that was the reason. But it could have been the All detergent. we usually use Tide. this is so frustrating, the meds i got from the doc make me super hungry! i cant stop eating, and scratching my body. i brokeout on my face, arms, legs, inside the palm of my hands......this isn't cool! i gained five pounds since this happened. it might have been more or less. haven't weight since June 1st. i feel helpless , and trapped and out of control. HELP! what can i do.....i don't want all my hard work to go out the window??????
