Upped my water intake...that’s about it. A bit shocked at the results. ⭐️ Oh wait...I did change one thing, I stopped wearing my FitBit, maybe that got rid of some stress and I wasn’t bothered to reach my steps. LESS STRESS.
179.9 lb Lost so far: 38.4 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.9 lb a week
