😁 Did a 36hr fast from Fri 8pm till Sun 8am. It wasn't that difficult and I feel great 🙂 Have a great week everyone...
182.5 lb Lost so far: 15.9 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
