Two weeks ago I put a seven minute HIIT back into my morning routine five out seven days for the first time since I got sick (flu, smoke reactions) in August. This last week I added a second 7 minute segment (abs), 14 total. I am glad to say that all that is on top of my 10ish minutes of TTAPP calisthenics (and bicycle commuting to work), which managed to never go away this year once I was well enough to go back to work (even through six plus more weeks of brain fog following August). Baking season has begun, so I am mentally resetting my goal through end of year to simply stay within my current weight range (160-163), which would represent a sustained drop of 10-15 lb since January 2018 (when my range was 173-176), and aim for 155 again starting in January. I want this to be a season full of joy for myself, without any self inflicted mental anguish. Joy and love to all of you as well.
