Looks like a dropped a pound or two, but I'm carrying a lot of water weight right now. Stupid period so it's hard to tell if I am making any progress yet.
147.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
