I had a few days of bad eating but i am back on track. Only one day of exercise so far... hoping to make it 3 days by sunday. The weekends are the hardest to stay healthy.
134.5 lb Lost so far: 7.7 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.4 lb a week
