The only difference in my routine is that I’ve started taking a liquid iron supplement, and more stress (if that’s possible?!?). I’m sure it will go down soon😊

I have been on a mission since the summer to break all of my old beliefs about weight loss and fitness. Not being able to workout was one of the big ones that had always derailed me in the past, so I was determined to find a way to continue on despite the bump in the road.

I was referring to the injury in terms of not being able to workout. I always put too much emphasis on the movement/exercise, not enough on the amount of calories. So once I would get injured I felt like it was all over.

Totally agree. I think I forget that certain activities burn just as many calories or more than a workout video lol. Like today I need to get my house ready for guests. I will be running up and down flights of stairs and carrying heavy objects. Should burn some major calories just gettin’ er done😜

Thank you☺️ It’s true. I did the workouts and stretches I could do without pain, but most importantly I didn’t give up. You’ve been super motivating and helpful. Can’t wait till I’m ready for legit progress pics🙌🏼
