目前一直保持低碳飲食 適應的還不錯,沒瘦也不會胖 昨天吃了一顆柿子好好吃喔! 是脆的耶!最近常喝原味可可 找到可可生豆好厲害 原味的超棒的,但接受度不高 因為大家只知道加工過的可可 真的可可反而吃不出來 真的原始可可太美味了😊😊 下午血拼一堆零食氣泡水 為這週外出準備!!大破酮囉😊
