This is the start to everything... Im making the change. I'm doing this for me! I refuse to be this unhappy...unhealthy and depressing 110kgs any longer... Im going to do this.. Im going to loose weight.. Get fit...Im going to love myself... Accept myself whether I win of fail at this weight loss game.. Im going to do this... No matter how long it takes me... Tired of letting my weight define and depress me😢😢😢 I'm tired of being bullied..im going to overcome my fear and anxiety of a scale.. 😢😭
