Not great, but considering I've eaten everything but the kitchen sink over the last 11 days I'd say a 300g gain is not too bad 😂😭 I still fasted an average of about 15 hours over that period so maybe that helped.
194.0 lb Lost so far: 26.5 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
