I managed to squeeze in half of a blueberry bagel but no juice. I’m just wondering if orange juice really is a diet obstacle.

According to the program I am following, juice is a no-no. Whole fruits are a better source of fiber. But, I am sure there are others who will disagree. Just what I am doing.🍎🍏
