I'm not messing around!!!!
141.4 lb Lost so far: 4.9 lb.    Still to go: 9.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks!! I turned down a curry with friends, a Chinese with my family and Dominos with my boyfriend. I am not going to be swayed!

Just looking at the calories is enough to put me off eating all of those! I was the type of person who would happily sit and eat a takeaway 3 nights a week in my previous life! 😂
