I was getting a little worried because my weight, which normally bounces around had started to creep up again. I realized that I had relaxed on my plan to eat mainly gluten-free. Once I got strict about what I was putting into my mouth it came back into line. I am about 2 pounds above what I had dropped to on the gluten-free diet but I have also converted some fat into muscle so I am looking a little more toned.
