on and off, on and off, enough!!! I finally finished my first 5k! I have been training and thought I could eat whatever I wanted because I worked out all the time - WRONG!!! So, today, I continue to work out, but add the calorie counting again. Mexico in a few months and I'd like to feel some what comfortable in a bikini. Also, I will start to put away money for every pound I lose - to save for a tummy tuck - 5 pregnancies and 3 kids have left some undesirable skin on this mama's gummy tummy!! It starts again - "It's never too late to be what you might have been."
174.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
