Ughhhhhhh I've been doing so badly. I did let myself do too much binging and drinking over the course of like a week or two and was back up to the high of my current maintenance range at 165. This morning I was back to 159 thanks to watching what I'm eating again. I'm not tracking macros or anything so haven't been logging food consistently, just intuitive eating. Will need ot get back in the gym soon!
