the biggest issue, is that my day feels so empty without food, I use to look forward to lunch and supper now it just passed by. I am however seeing results.
194.0 lb Lost so far: 37.5 lb.    Still to go: 28.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm the same when it comes to food, I cried over a bowl of pasta the other night because I had cauliflower instead of actual pasta and even though it didn't taste revolting it just wasn't the same
