I was 90.1 a week ago when I had the nerve to get on the scales..........today I am 88.2 which is monumental !! At long last I am calorie counting and actually like the structure of it. I'm not missing any of my usual food, I'm just more aware. I also have to factor in blood sugars and occasional hypoes. I've been using myfitnesspal for a week but now the app wont let me log in and the desktop version is slow. I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions as to a different system. I really liked MFP but can't be bothered with trying to log in. Cheers
