Cruise was great, ate ok, drank way tooooo much, back on track today! have two more booked, i think I'm gonna start back at the gym nightly, get back in the swing, i really need to get back down to the 140's and stop f'ing around....i need someone to crack that whip and make me go! need a work out buddy!!!
