Starting today. It's Labor Day. A new year (in a few weeks) and a good time to start this diet. It's one I've never done before but it seems less constrictive than others, even though you only get 500 calories per day on the down days. Didn't get weighed this morning but did weigh myself 2 days ago and the scale said 254.6. Gained back all the weight I lost 18 months ago (again). I may never learn but at least I always try again.

Breakfast was coffee with coffeemate - 35 calories and Oatmeal - 120 calories. Not hungry so far. Will drink water and unsweetened ice tea today. Planning on Healthy Choice frozen dinner (220 calories) and a salad (15 calories) - no dressing (I'm lucky that I hate salad dressing). I'll have about 100 calories left over for the day and may have a healthy choice frozen yogurt which is 100 calories.

Now that I'm an empty nester, I don't have to worry about feeding anyone but myself so it should be a bit easier.
255.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
