Bippity Boppity Boo. Average daily weight for this week was 165.8 which is up .2 from last week. Meh. My schedule was off due to happenings and stress. I was eating later and sleeping less. I fasted one day and took in more calories to make up for the fast the rest of the week. Once I did weights on Wednesday though, my numbers never recovered. On a brighter note, I think I am stronger. I had to haul construction debris to a dumpster and it was not as hard as it might have once been. Yesterday I discovered I can hop up and maneuver myself out of the side of the pool without stairs or a ladder. For whatever reason that was a milestone for me. It makes me feel more capable to be able to haul my carcass around on my own. I hope everyone is hauling themselves around more efficiently too.
168.1 lb Lost so far: 66.9 lb.    Still to go: 33.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
