I'm excited for my workout tomorrow and the high protein vegan pancake recipe I'm going to make! I'm thrilled I finally lost some weight. I've actually lost 10 lbs, but I didnt start using this app until recently so it doesnt reflect that. Weightloss is all CICO, being patient, and being consistent 😸 (which is easier said than done haha)
130.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
