yeah.... broke the 70kg mark in time for shabu shabu. time for me and the family to go wild at all you can eat

153.9 lb Lost so far: 35.7 lb. Still to go: 0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

Shabu2 was great. We worked out that I only gained 1.3kg from my feast
