I wasn't going to weigh today but I wanted to see if the 2 pounds I inexplicably gained yesterday were gone. Of course, they are! Now I'll try to stay off the scale until next Friday!
272.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 117.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
