IF was the best decision I ever made, even though you only have one meal a day, you can eat what you want, bread, juice, cheese obviously not burgers. I have upped my work outs, and feeling good.
194.0 lb Lost so far: 37.5 lb.    Still to go: 28.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.7 lb a week
