I'm back. I started on Monday and didn't weigh in because I kept remembering after I had left the house for work. I had so much gibby on after the summer holidays with with that my diet fell by the wayside. So, I now have 5 days until I go to Miami for a wedding and need to look hott🔥as a tactic I have drastically cut my calorie intake, including alcohol, in the hope that I get at least some inches off ready for the new year!!
