I've never really kept a journal before so this will be a new experience for me. I've had a weight problem all of my adult life and several surgeries related to being overweight. Currently im dealing with the rotator cuff in both my shoulders, they have been repaired twice and they continue to tear in different places. My Doctor said it is due to my weight and that I have a very small bone structure. So to eliminate the pain and to heal properly I'm starting this journey :-)
