Great! I only lost 0.6 of a pound but I've been steadily -- stabily -- working out and eating right. Food isn't constantly on my mind, so that is a good thing. The decision making has become a conscious dialogue in the past week, though. But, that's just fine as long as I keep going in the same direction.
