I ate right yesterday and even rode 2.5 miles on the stationary bike, but my weight stayed the same. Having stomach problems. Trying not to get discouraged, but I am anyway! I will keep trying. When I get disgusted like this, I usually turn to something sweet. Trying not to.
180.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Be strong! Find something to do to distract you from the sweets! Have you been for a walk in the neighborhood yet? You can resist this temptation! 5lbs. down & more to go! :D
