Today was a bad day. I'm not sure why I binged. Usually I can pinpoint the emotion that caused it or the event that triggered it, but today there was nothing out of the ordinary. I did get really depressed around mid afternoon, but I recovered and binged later that night:/
132.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
