Morning everyone, a small loss 👍..still keeping to gym and food plan from PT.. he’s happy with my progress and structure at mo .. I’ve upped my cardio to 3 hrs a week so I am hoping for fat loss 👍..but with weight program to gain muscle definition?? 😀..have a great weekend everyone xx
188.1 lb Lost so far: 14.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.4 lb a week
