尋麻疹已經沒有超癢的狀況;只剩之前抓的傷口復原。持續擦蘆薈液有效。
⛔️假日兩片吐司➕雞排威力驚人但跟一般飲食比較起來;低碳生酮還是影響較小!因為生理期不能測生酮;但如如測起來還有入酮但濃度減低剩1.5+
