looks like it's going to be a long journey 1kg a week
260.1 lb Lost so far: 18.7 lb.    Still to go: 48.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If you can keep losing 1kg a week that is amazing. Favour a long term plan of steady loss instead of an extreme diet that you won’t be able to maintain. A lot of people lose a lot of weight quickly when starting (mostly water), then plateau for a while some of that water comes back. And because their diet is so strict, throw in the towel figuring why bother when it’s not working. I don’t think 700 calories a day is sustainable, so maybe consider upping that and thinking long term.
