Planned for and had 1/2 of a 12" frozen Mexican pizza last night, which was evidently a mistake. Only had a banana for breakfast and a turkey breast Subway salad with oil and vinegar dressing with lunch. I shopped but no other exercise.
180.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 14.0 lb a week
