STill 270, that's ok. Ten days into a lifestyle change and I am definitely easing into it. Not going up anymore which is something positive to point to. I really need to start hitting the pavement with my jogging shoes to kick start my body and mind. Maybe this weekend.
270.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
