I think that I'm well on my way to a healthy life style and my whole family is coming with me, even if they don't know it!
165.0 lb Lost so far: 42.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I always love slipping a little more "healthy" into my family's meals! Makes the life style a little more fun when you know they're all being good with you, even if they're completely unaware. :D
